Topic Focused Workflow

This site is under construction.

Topic Focused Workflow (TFW) is a method for organizing work by topic. Each piece of work belongs to a topic, and the topic is the anchor: it holds the purpose, the decisions, the open questions, and the history of that work. The tools a person or team uses, such as a task tracker, a document editor, a code repository, or a chat channel, are the surfaces where work on the topic happens. A surface can change without the topic changing. TFW is written for people and for AI agents, so that both can find the same topic and continue the same work.
